Do I not have a right to a statement

After paying a debt counselor for almost 4 years this person has just disappeared off the face of the earth. I requested ABSA to send me a statement of my credit card account in order for me to establish if the payments I have made over this period actually reflect on my account as one of my other creditors claimed that they did not receive regular payments from me even though I can prove that I made my payments every month.
I have requested these statements 3 times already and still I have received nothing but SMS messages from ABSA telling me to settle my account immediately.
Do I not have the right to know what interest rate was negotiated with ABSA by me debt counselor and do I also not have the right to establish if all the premiums I paid were in fact received by ABSA. Please remember that I have no paper work from my debt counselor as she has just vanished. I want to make payment plans with ABSA like I have made with my other creditors but I cannot just pay as I could be paying for the rest of my life at whatever interest rate ABSA decides to charge me.
