Treated like a criminal

What a shocking disgrace i was in a minor incident with avoiding an accident by swerving into the sewer drain where i got minor damage to the left front wheel unfortunately not allowing the vehicle to drive i reported it to the insurance all to go through what u felt was the latest episode of csi the random assessor which is not appointed on every claim but on a few came to interrogate me in regards to the incident i was in awe trying to understand how such a minor incident which had no 3rd party involved could get to such an interrogation i literally felt like i was a criminal or i had commited such a horrific crime i was asked why am i looking so uncomfortable is there a reason i dont belive the claim to be approved after being left with no transport and the stress of such who else wouldnt feel stressed my vehicle was allowed to be towed under condition i would not be held responsible for the fees i am still awaiting response the proffessionalism of this company is disgusting they happily take our premiums monthly but when we need them they treat u as though u committed a crime i never want to deal with momentum ever again i want my vehicle back to make other arrangements shocked
