I was involved in a minor car accident on Tuesday afternoon, 7 May 2013. The following day after reporting the incident to the police, I phoned Momentum and spoke to Namile Ntuli and she took down all the information. She immediately made a booking with an assessment centre, only 1 block away from my work. I took my vehicle there and about an hour later Namile phoned me to confirm that the claim was approved!! I haven't received such good service from any company in a very long time. Based on the initial sales experience, customer care - adding and removing items from my policy and past claims experience, I will highly recommend Momentum to everyone I know!
