The worst service I've ever recieved through an insurance company I took out insurance for my car with Momentum on the 14 th December i was involved in a car accident not aware that when i took out insurance if i were to be in an accident before the inception date I'm not covered so on the very same the of the incident i called the Insurance then they called the Towed Truck to pick up my car after several days, after the incident when i was doing follow up with them cause nobody was calling me to tell me any feedback with regards to the car or if my policy is been apporoved, I was told that my policy was rejected reason being the inception date was the 17th december and what i fail to understand is that even on the contract or policy is not wriiten hence they said i was told but funny enough on the 17th december they debited as per agreement then again 31st december they debited so im paying for a car which they no willing to fix and they still expect me to fix the car at my own expense whats the use of having Insurance with a company that cant meet the requirements of their clients it useless for me to pay my premium case im not being assisted according, just because of date
