On 26 March 2013 I was involved in an vehicle accident which was caused by a client of MOMENTUM short term insurers. A 3rd party claim was submitted to MOMENTUM on 27 March 2013. i had been waiting patiently until 13 May 2013 when I have sent an E mail regarding the matter. On the same day I received an SMS from Marcelle Waspe who I understood is the head of the legal section at MOMENTUM. In this SMS, I was promised to receive an offer before the following Friday which was 17 May 2013. Nothing happened and no notification whatsoever. This was therefore nothing but a just to put me on hold
Since then I have sent several E mails to which I have received NO reply. I have also phoned several times and if you are lucky to make contact with somebody it is also a different person and you are told a different sad story why the claim is still not finalized.
My vehicle is standing at Auto Perfect for more than three months now. In this time I am being inconvenienced whilst the Momentum client is already in posesion of their vehicle after it has been fixed
