My wife has been with Momentum short term insurance for 3 years now, she has never had an accident and has never claimed. Now we are in the process of buying her a new vehicle (which we have lost our deal with the seller due to waiting over a week for an insurance letter) and we enquire about the cost of the insurance on the vehicle every day and we never get a response from them.
It is really bad service and it is really unacceptable. Budget insurance is calling her on a daily basis and we keep cancelling their offer due to being happy with Momentum up until this point, but this has gone on too long. If my wife does not get a call today then we will never be using Momentum for vehicle or house insurance again.
Get your staff in order and tell them to do what they get paid to do or we will cancel our insurance and you would lose a life time client!
