Waiting for 3 months for claim to be settled

I drove through some water in December last year. Outsurance eventually sent in my car in January although their preferred repairer was open in December. The repairers didn't strip my car as the assessor instructed and at the end of Jan they eventually sent it to Honda, thats after waiting for almost a month for spares that never came. Now there is a hole in my Engine and my car has been scratched and there is a small dent on my door. Outsurace is now writing off the vehicle but it's been 3 weeks that i have been struggling. Last week they said they were waiting for the bank to approve because they are doing a Substitution of goods although they only sent through all the documents by Thursday. ABSA approved this on Friday and sent Outsurance the documents. I still get no feedback. My claim has been passed to other agents and I still don't have my car. the sales consultant from Honda is phoning me because he doesn't get feedback from Outsurance and it is not even my preferred Honda to deal with.
I keep telling them it is urgent. someone will always phone me back but they rarely do. No one is ever available.
