I insure 3 of my vehicles with outsurance and to date i have had endless administrative issues with outsurance .i was promised a no claim bonus on one of my vehicles in september this year and to date has not received, such an amount .the reason for this, is that the vehicle was involved in a minor accident which was covered by the other responsible party insurance and not outsurance .i reported incident to them at point in time when it took place and enquired about the effects it would have on my claim history and they agents assured me that it would have no effect as the other responsible party would be paying for damages.to date i have not received my no claim bonus, and furthermore i always have an issue with outsurance when it comes to administrative issues.
