Incompetent and has bad attitude, no customer service at all

Thabang Matome was helping me with my personal loan reload. I went to the bank with all my fica documents, he did not copy my original proof of residence, he did not send the original hard copy. I went to the bank four times to fix my personal loan reload details because Thabang had not done his job and had not sent my details to the personal loan people. I have tried to call Thabang and his always on lunch or on the phone. He has not taken any effort to correct his mistakes and when I finally got him on the line he was rude and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable behavior and he proved himself incompetent and unprofessional when I went to the bank today for the fourth time and he started speaking rudely to me and showing me the bank computer and it's emails. I am a Nedbank client and I deserve to be treated as such! I am not impressed by the way Thabang handled my personal loan reload!
