Loan reload declined again

It is very frustrating at this stage to do business with this bank anymore, I am an existing Personal loan account holder and every month I pay my account premiums on time, I phoned in to apply for a reload and was told its declined due to October premium not paid on time, My salary date is the last working day of each month and my salary takes some time to clear on the account and it would reflect on my account on the 1st, October premium was debited on the 1st of November from my account and am also surprised to learn from Nedbank that my account fell into arrears for the month of October, I never skipped any payment on this account and I feel that I am being treated like a piece of trash whilst I am continually doing business with Nedbank, I need to get a loan reload urgently from Nedbank or will be moving back to FNB of which I regret leaving. Nedbank is being unreasonable with their clients and just declines applications as they wish, I have proven that I can pay my account but it seems different to therm.
