I have been a Nedbank client for a relatively short period now and have approached them again for a Personal Loan Reload. Truth be told I had my fair share of issues with Nedbank - one of the reasons I closed my current account and contemplated settling my loan account and thereby breaking all my ties with them.
I have dealt with Fatima once before and was also impressed with her friendly service and efficiency. This time around I was totally blown away though...
I came in on Tuesday to apply for a reload of my existing loan. She immediately recognised me (even though I dealt with her about 2 years ago) and I explained what I needed. She took my documents and promised to send me my quote later that same day. About an hour later I had all the details and I responded via email which option I was interested in. I came in the following day - all the paperwork was ready and I just had to sign.
In and out in about 5 minutes for the second time and this morning I got the news that all is in order. Now that is what I call brilliant service!
