Personal loan application complaint

I am an exisiitng Nedbank client at nedbank Balfour Park for past 4 years with a cheque acc and exisiting peronsal loan which is almost paid. Last week I appled for anotther personal loan and all documenatation was handed in to Tebogo Personal Loans Consultant at Balfour Park branch. He FICA's my iD and said he will forward onto loan section. I did not hear anything for 3 working days and then followed up with Rosemary at Personal loans and was told there is a problem with my ID that is has been cautioned. I asked her what this meant and she was not too sure either but advised it was a bad copy. This is the same ID I opened my acc with 4 years ago and did my lst loan application with. I then went back to Tebogo and he was not helpful at all more interested in ordering his new cell taking private calls whilst busy with me. I was then told that the last time i did the loan app my ID was cautioned which I have never been made aware and that I must get a temp id and even then very little hope. Nobody wants to listen to me and just passing the buck. Appalling sevice and the way I am treated as an exisiitng client is terrible. Not impressed at all. Do not have time to take off work
