ABSA Insurance not responding (4 weeks)

On the 20th of Nov 2013 I logged a request to have my property's roof fixed which was damaged due to severe storms. I was given the following reference number: 2484853.
I was informed that the claims department will contact me in respect of contractors to be appointed.
Early in Dec, I received a call from Khaki Construction, they said they will be at the house to inspect the damage - 5 days passed without them arriving.
On the 5th of Dec I tried phoning Mr. S Rampaja at ABSA at 0115018602 and a Ms. C Erasmus answered the phone. She assured me that ABSA will be sending alternative contractors.
On Friday the 6th of Dec 2013, 3 different contractors phoned me to make arrangements. None arrived.
On the 10th of Dec 2013 I logged a complaint at the complaints center (0800414141) and spoke to Ms. van Graan who assigned the following reference number: 2615292 and referred me to Ms. D Lagrange (0113507236).
Ms. Lagrange referred me to her manager; Mr. M Crouwkamp (0118469517) and we agreed that I would submit my own quote, which I did on 17 Dec 2013.
I followed up with Mr. Crouwkamp on 20 Dec 2013 - he referred me back to Mr. S Rampaja. A month has passed and my claim hasn't been process
