I received an sms from Nedbank at 23h45pm 7 Sept 2013 that an amount of R4200.00 was withdrawn from my bank account while I was in position of my bank card. I reported my incident at the bank and followed the procedure and the bank manager submitted my papers. Six weeks later they said no they are not refunding and gave me no explanation. The bank manager re-submitted the papers and till today 19th December 2013 did not receive any feedback, response not even a telephone call to let me know what the outcome was. Must I just except that I lost R4200.00? I am the only bread winner in the family with two dependents and I have rent to pay and bills to pay and the bank does not seem to care. What do you suggest I must/can do to have this resolved. I trusted the bank to keep my money safe and now they just don't care.
