Manager, does nothing about issues at her branch

Friday around 13h30, I use one of Nedbank ATM's at Sunnypark Center. While busy with the transaction they decided to swith off the ATM without any warning to refill it with money. Should they not inform clients before they switch the machine off? This caused my transaction to stop without me getting my money. I immediatly called the manager&informed her of what happened. I asked her would the transaction now be removed or where is my money? Firstly she is extremely rude&have no idea of what is customer service. She informed me its to late machine is off&will reset everything once turned on. When I asked her&what about my money she said there is nothing she can do, I need to report it if I see my money is out of my account. I informed her it is as I received an sms stating money withdrawn. She was rude&said well contact your bank they need to sort it out. What is the use of a manager that is rude and can not assist a client? I reported the incident immediatly. You can look on your CCTV footage and view the incident.
How will my bank (Standard Bank) be able to assist me if Nedbank was the bank that the money?
I want my money refunded and that manager to appologize for her behavio
