I went to draw money at the ATM inside the Bank
There was a q and a guy was directing the people to the ATM. I assumed he worked for the bank. I went to the ATM as directed, put my card in and keyed in my pin. The normal options did not come up. The next thing this guy started pressing buttons and went I turned around everyone had bolted and my card was gone. Within 30 seconds I got an sms to say someone had used my card wit the wrong pin, in the next 30 seconds there was R3000 withdrawn from my account. I looked around and the bank security was no were to be seen. I reported the incident to the FNB department who will not refund the money. I spoke to the Bank Manager who was not interested. There is obviously a going on between the and the bank security and the management of the bank could not care less. Please warn the public so no one else fall into this trap. This was also in broad daylight, 5 min after the bank closed, with customers still in the bank and the ATM section remains open, normally security is watching the area. I think First National Bank
