No - Reponse to Claim

I recently had activity take place on my Standard Bank account on the 18th of June, a total of R15, 000 was withdrawn out of my account by someone in Nairobi (I still have my bank card and have never been to Kenya). I submitted an Affidavit on the 21st of June, and only received confirmation that it was received on the 28th of June, I have now called Standard Bank on three different occasions and have been promised a call back each time, however they I have yet to receive any call from them.

I have now been without the money for a total of three weeks and I am not receive any interest on the money and have had no confirmation as to when I will receive the money back into my account.

I am very likely going to leave Standard Bank as clearly your money is not safe with them and they do not care about their customers.
