Proof of bank

Wiseman Ntombela, is currently busy with my proof of bank, which i am waiting for over 3 weeks now.! Need to sign the same papers over and over. The he submits it, after 1 week i haven't heard any response from or feedback from him, when i phoned his manager, he phoned me back saying you can sign the final draft papers. We arranged to have a meeting on the Tuesday at 12h00. Upon arriving at his office, i only found out that he was on lunch. Phoned his manager while i was still standing on his office waiting for him, when he arrived, he gave me bad attitude and start shouting on me. I signed the papers i needed to, his manager also just stood there doing nothing. I was suppose to have my proof of bank in the next 2 days, not feedback or response from him nor the bank as to how far my proof of bank is. This is yet another week after i have signed the papers. This is poor poor service, from what it suppose to be a top bank. I will move my account from these guys and i will report them on any page, website, newspaper etc possible.
