Firstly almost 2 years ago I signed for a R3800 overdraft on my checques account and this is the first time ever this is happening to me... My salary appeared in my account saturday morning... I paid my bills and went to a few shops did shopping ect I get notifications all along spend my money... Up until I am aware that I have reached my limit Where my card gets declined at Legit and I even get charged a lousy R5 for declined transaction. OKAY NOW MY ACCOUNT IS STANDING ON -R3800 THATS IT ACCEPTED DONE DUSTED MY MONEY IS FINISHED... 4 days later I log onto internet banking and see my account is standing on -R4211 now how do u calculate that standard bank? R411 over my limit I checked for any debit orders there was nothing. So this morning I called the call centre speaking to Suhan spending over 25mins on the phone.still didnt get a straight answer the chap wants to explain to me how a checques card works instead of solving the problem. As i SAID in all these years that I have this account I was never allowed to swipe my Checques card over its actuall limit. Imagine a R411 over the limit. Please sort this out as my account is supposed to reflect -R3746!!! This is my money not yours
