Good Day. When I took out a cover with Outsurance in Febuary 2013, for my car hire option I specifically requested a car with an air-conditioner. The consultant assured me that group a cars have an aircon and I this took the cover. Yesterday I was in an accident and require a courtesy car. The lady assisting with my claim, Grace, has been of little help with providing me with the car I had requested from the onset. It's been 30 hours and I am still without a courtesy Carr nor does she return any of my calls. She also refuses to commit to any timelines. I am very disappointed in your sales and claims team.
