Good and Bad Service
I lodged a claim for lightning damage to my TV on 18 November. It was replaced very quickly for which I am very grateful. I was advised that I should not dispose of the damaged unit as they would collect it for salvage. After 8 phone calls and more than a month gone by, the unit is still at home and Discovery Insure seems to have washed their hands of it!
