My credit card expired in December and I have been trying to obtain replacement cards for my husband and myself for over 2 months!!! When I call the call centre they tell me the branch of choice has the cards. When I go the bank and wait in the queue at enquiries for 65min (yes I said 65min), the teller tells me the card has been delivered to a bank 200km away! She can't help me I must phone the call centre. Whilst at the bank I ensure all my details are correct and update a new cell number. I call the call centre and they say the cards are at my bank of choice and not the branch 200km away! They then tell me I must go back to the bank... Can you believe it!! I get of a angry and they put me through to another department and they say they can't help me my details are not updated. So I confirm I gave my DNA to the bank RICA/FICA etc, no they say its not on the system. But the solution is to go back to the bank... Needless to say I can now go on radio and help Steve to make the change to FNB bank of choice. And this service for a so called gold card holder??? But I fret no more because the complaints department will revert this complaint to the cc to the branch..
