Good day, I received a call from a call centre agent 01/02/2013 09:34 am to inform me that I paid up my account, I advised him that I have emailed to request a paid up letter he said he will put in the request there was long silence when I eventually asked if there is anything else he just said no and dropped the call.
The agent called from 011 694 0000 I tried to call back but couldn't get through.
I call that unprofessional, I would like that called to be pulled and listened to.
