Bad Instruction Skills from Standard Bank

I was told that my credit card was use. I was asked to cancel the card and a new card will be issue.
My instruction was that the card be delivered to the Standard Bank at Karaglen, Johannesburg. I was now called to be informed that the card is ready and can be fetched from the Kingsmead branch in Durban. When i informed the agent that I asked for the card to be delivered in Karaglen I was then told to call cards division to re-arrange. Why should it be my responsibility to call around for that. It was Standard Bank personal who messed up. They should do the calling around and re-arrange for the card to be delivered to the correct branch. They should also make their internet banking/online purchasing facilities for secure so that customers are not faced with this kind of situations. This makes me think of how secure the banking facility really is. Is my money safe with Standard Bank?
