I am currently looking for cellphone insurance, after doing a search on google i found Dials directs website. I did an online quote and found the quote quite appealing. This was on the 08/01/2013. after 2 weeks no one called me so I called in on the 28/01/2013. I got through to Shyle who said I have to home insurance to get cell phone cover, i then did a quote for home insurance, an hour after speaking to shyle i received a called from the value added service department by someone named darren or deon who then said I dont need home insurance. He then gave me a price of R160. When i did the online quote the fee was R80. i questioned this with him and he advised that he will speak to his manager and get back to me in half an hour. Today is the 01/02/2013 and still no feedback.

I have also made a complaint on your website on the 28/01/2013 and also did not get any response from that.

Why is so difficult to get cover with you guys or speak to someone that knows what happening there.

Please can i get this resolved, I ask with all humility... it is so difficult... maybe you guys should have brokers, i rather pay the broker fee than having to run around like this
