NO FEEDBACK REGARDING PROVIDENT SURPLUS

I applied for my Provident Surplus in September 2012. I have been phoning the call centre ever since, when we finally got through they said that all documents have been received and been processed "and we must just wait for the letter in the mail to confirm banking details and address" we have not yet received "this letter" as of yet.

I am starting to panic as when I was at SARS they asked why I have claimed from my Provident Fund and I was shocked as I have not received a cent from my Provident Fund.

Please I need some answers. MIBFA NEVER answers their phones so one can never get a straight answer PLEASE HELP
