The service is absolutely shocking!

It is the end of the month and the branch has only 2 tellers working out of a possible 10. The queue was almost out of the door. I waited a whole 1 hour to be served. This is not the 1st time that this has happened. I have complained countless number of times to Branch manager, Paul Voges as well as floor manager, Michael De Witt to employ more staff to rectify the problem but nothing has be done. On previous occasions (December 2012), the branch has had no change for weeks after I phoned to place an order for change. After complaining once again to the floor manager, he said the problem would be resolved and that I should not complain to superiors or "Hello Peter" but this has gone on for far too long. If there was another FNB branch in Heidelberg, I would gladly use it but there isn't so now I'm stuck with despicable banking experience. FNB's slogan of "How can we help you" certainly doesn't apply to this bank!
