This FNB branch has only 3 teller booths, only 2 of which are manned at any given time, and a branch manager who wasn't in.
This lead the the people in the queue waiting 25 minutes, and when the elderly lady in front of me tried to find someone to complain to, some guy came out, heard what she had to say and disappeared with no feedback or anything done.
Thankfully I don't bank with them if this experience has any follow through.
