I recently posted a good report about a staff member at FNB. Sadly to say that besides that wonderful person at FNB, my problem has not been resolved. This does not reflect on the staff member that assisted me, but rather with FNB itself. I recently had money taken out my account by a gentleman who fiddled with the FNB ATM that i tried to draw money from. I was told to fill out an affidavit and and wait for a response. I am still waiting. Clearly I do require these funds as that is the reason for me wanting to draw the money. How do I proceed from here?
