INCOMPETENT STAFF

Today I went banking at FnB and believe or not I spent two hours in the bank. first there was a long queue and only two tellers working at the general enquires, I could not understand why there were only two tellers working cause after all its the week of the 25th. after I spent hours standing in the long queue I decided to approach the bank manager to inform him about my concerns, the bank manager did nothing to attend my problem, he just sat in his offices while the line was so long that it was approaching the door. the worse part about this is that they was a old lady accommodate by her daughter, this woman was in so pain but had to stand in that long queue, no staff was troubled about this. the bank manager is in change of the operation of the bank but how can you expect the employees to improve when the bank manger is not keeping tips on there performs.
