Cannot specify why i have been declined

This all started in December where i went to Richards Bay in KZN and applied for a loan. I was approved telephonically and in the branch. later on get a call saying i have been declined due to affordabilty. Salary was R1000 lower as i had a huge deduction in December. Addressed this issue with the Branch Manager. No joy there, said i need to provide proof of my full salary so had to wait til January now.

I go to the Branch in Nigel and apply again and sthey still say affordability!! Cant tel me why though because my debt hasnt changed from the last time i took out the loan and this time they were supposed to settle the existing loan and i would have a lower premium as im taking it over a longer period! I realy relied on Nedbank hey! I have every thing with them and this is what a customers get back in return!

My salary has even increased so how can it be affordability?? i dont know how this bank does checks because at one stage my salary was lower and they approved the loan, now its higher and the decline it!!
I would love to move to FNB, my wife has no issues there and does everything over the Net. I have to keep running and phoning people to find out whats going on!
