Can't complain about service because there is none

The information on my business banking documents is incorrect. After calling the business call centre, I was informed that I needed to go into a branch to change this information which I duly did. At the Fourways branch this morning, I looked for a consultant, all of whom flatly ignored myself and the other people waiting in the queue, I then went to the business banking division, where a snotty lady said I must go to the tellers after I told her exactly what I needed!? It was 10am and the Fourways Branch Manager was still 'not in yet', no one was prepared to help me so I left. Please tell me exactly what you would like me to do in order to get your assistance? Seen as though I pay you a fee for every single thing you can imagine every month... Your incessant advertising markets how 'wonderful you are' but in reality - this is definitely not the case and in fact constitutes false advertising. Seems to me that your priority is just to get new business and not to look after your existing business. Should I just take my account to another bank that doesn't about their capability and will actually help me?
