BAD and SLOW service

I was in the FNB in Carswald on Friday between 14:15 and 15:45. I was at the bulk deposits as i had to pay money into the business account. There were 5 people ahead of me in the queue and I waited 2 hours and 45 mins to be served, which quite frankly is ridiculous. 2 tellers were open on a very busy Friday afternoon, with the one frequenting the toilet sometimes staying away for half an hour. When i finally got to the front I was grunted at and the teller couldn't even force a smile or a greeting. Everyone in the branch were complaining. We approached the manager who was busy sorting pamphlets out in the branch, tidying up the place, which I would assume is not really a managerial duty. I overheard the tellers talking to each other saying things like the customers should go to head office and complain, as they don't care. The lady put my money through the counting machine 9 times to waste everyone's time, and even manually counted it 4 more times.. This was all done in a manner to annoy people so they would leave and they don't have to work overtime. PLEASE look into this, as I've NEVER experienced such poor service at ANY FNB branch before
