How NOT to open a FNB account

Good day, I recently inquired about opening a business account with FNB. I should have known from the initial attempt that I should turn away and go somewhere else. I had sent online messages TWICE for someone to email me the requirements and documents needed to open up the account. Eventually after some time I received a call after I explicitly asked for an email of Abdullah asking me how he can help me.??? Seriously?? Why bother writing your story on the "contact us" tab if you are going to have to repeat it anyway?! I then asked him again to send me documents and what is needed as I was wanting to compare the structures within the banks. Needless to say, I received a copy and paste exercise from what looked like the website. Could have done that myself. I then replied asking for registration documents... still waiting. I also sent an email asking the managers details.. also still waiting. I am not happy, and I don't want anything out of this except for making you aware that you have lost a POTENTIAL client.
