Surely there are hidden cameras somewhere???

I completed the online application form for a home loan on 31 Oct. I received an email from Susan advising that they will advise on the success thereof. A few days later I had still not received a response and when I enquired Bridgette advised that it was unsuccesful due to documents not sent through. What documents?? I was still waiting for feedback? Anyhow, I sent through the documents (took me another 3 emails to determine which documents) and then received a reply saying that they are processing and its been sent through somewhere. I had to follow up again 3 days later and was then told the documents got lost can I send again. Had to enquire again and received a response from Princess asking me to complete the online application and send through my documents!!! I have done this twice already!!! In total I have now dealt with Pamela, with Princess, with Bridgette, with Susan and with Gillian and just received an email from Andries asking me for the documents. Are you kidding me?? Is there no internal communication? I am begging for some service here. All email back-up available in case you think this sounds ridiculous because it certainly sounds ridiculous to me. Thanx.
