I've previously played Lotto & Power Ball via cellphone banking, & I received my small winnings. For the past weeks I've had small winnings due to me, but received NON.
I've mailed FNB Customer Line twice, & they give me the song "It will be paid out within 2 days". Well, it's nearing 2 months!
I check my statement for Lotto/Power Ball Payouts, but nothing. No matter how small the winning, it's still due to me.
If you can't deliver on a product, take it away (after paying out my small winnings) & then tell me to stand in a queue to purchase my Lotto tickets! At least I will be sure I will be able to collect what's due to me.
