What does it take to get feedback

I went there on saturday 14/12/2013 for credit increase and to activate my cellphone banking, lady who assisted me said everything was fine and i'll just get an sms to confirm that, on tuesday still nothing, went to the branch to query, nothing happened. today 18/12/2013 called the branch 3 times already, spoke to the lady she said i must call at 10:00 of which i did, was put on hold till someone put the fone down in my ear, when i called the 3rd time, i was then again told she's busy i should try calling again, all i need is to know what happened to my application was it approved or not. Nothing else
