PATHETIC SERVICE

I went to the branch to increase by limit on the credit card on Tuesday and was promised that i will get an sms before 16:00 that afternoon advising me that it has been done. I never received it and called Vincent at the African Bank Westgate branch on Wednesday who advised me that he is busy with a client and I must call after 20mins. I did and he told me that there is a problem with my banking details and will sort it out. He called me back and said everything has been sorted and will receive the money the same day. I still did not receive anything. I called on Thursday and he said to me that he is so busy and he had forgotten, but will look into it. I then called later in the day as I did not hear from him. He said that he has been unable to get hold of my HR department and I told him I am going to complain with the branch manager and he said I must and dropped the call. My fiancee called the branch manager (Jacob) at 09:07 this morning and he said he will look into it and will get back to me. It is now 12:28 pm and still no response to say what is happening. I am very dissappointed with the service I received from African Bank. I probably won't recommend it to anyone else.
