I called King price Insurance to cancel my policy as i had bad experience with the insurer before. Somehow my call lands somewhere and the person i spoke to told me that they will send an e-mail to their retention department to call me, why don't you have a direct line to the retention department. I know they will never call as i have checked most of the reviews here on Hellopeter. I am very dissapointed with you guys, i thought you were better but i will never make that mistake again, fortunately i have friends who wants to cross floors and join you but i will give them a strong advice not to do that to save themselves from the pain of dealing with you guys as you never responds to any of our complaints or claims. I want this policy to be cancelled ASAP as i have found a better service provider. Someone i can trust with cheaper rates.
