It is quite rear to find a company that offers consistent excellent service- I am delighted to have experienced such a fantastic service from King Price especially from Lelanie Strydom who assisted me with my policy cancellation- quite sad that I had to leave as King Price was not able to beat value add on offered by my new insurance company
Lelanie Strydom acted promptly and efficiently in returning my call (even though she had to try 3 times) assured me that my policy would be cancelled and ensure that instruction to cancel my debit order is sent to her admin team.
