I called King price early in November to cancel my policy, they agreed that my policy is cancelled but they debited me this month, when I called to inquire nobody's seems to know whats happening, they are transferring me from department to another, and I have been on the line for the past 15 minutes without any assistance. I want them to refund me my money the debited last night and cancel their policy.
