I am so sick and tired of trying to reach cancellations department at King Price, I am constantly promised to receive immediate call backs to proceed with the cancelation of my vehicle and home insurance and promised to receive email correspondence. I have wasted so much money on airtime trying to contact King Price to cancel my insurance, I have called approximately - 15 times and have sent emails but have still not received the required assistance! King Price was quick to sign me up for insurance but assistance and customer service thereafter is disgusting! I urgently need to cancel my insurance policy!!! It has been 2WEEKS since my first request to cancel the policy!
