83 days of vehicle repairs and still counting

I have insurance Policy with SA Underwriters, in December 18 2012 I was involved in a car accident and filed for a claim the following day (claim number SMT12120363890). According to SA Underwriter it takes 7 working days to process the calim but inmy instance the claim only got approved on 16 January 2013. My car Is still with NMS Autobodies for repairs which was chosen by my insurance company. I spoke to Wayne from NMS Automobodies who first promised that repairs takes up to 3 working days. It took longer that that and Wayne promised me the car will be fixed by the 22nd Feb, he later delayed to the 1stof March and then again to 8th March. I traveled all the way to Polokwane to fetch the car on the same date after confirming with wayne earlier that morning to fetch the car only to realised the car is not fixed. i contacted my insurance company countless times to report this and Spoke to Alvin who never lifted a finger to help, today i spoke to Natalie who like Alvin promised to get back to till now I'm waiting. My Insurance company does nothing to help me get my car back from NMS Autobodies. I requsted to speak to the Manager but both Alvin and Natalie denied me the opportunity
