I took out a car insurance policy with King Price Insurance which is supposed to be in effect from 1st May 2013. After realising that I simply will not be able to afford this particular policy I opted to cancel. I sent an email and contacted the call centre numerous times to cancel the policy in order to avoid any debits on my account before the policy goes into effect on 1st May 2013, but have received no assistance at all. Even when I eventually managed to get through to a call centre agent after having the unfortunate displeasure of listening to the most irritating voice recording imaginable, I was told that they cannot cancel the policy and will find "somebody" to contact me to get the process rolling- something which never happened. How on earth can you be "King" if this is how you treat people...??
