I joined king price insurance o the 12th of april but scheduled date was the 1st of june.on the 06th of june i called them wanting to cancel the cover because i got a cheaper one the lady who was assisting me asked me not to and promised to waiver the admin fee.we agreed on that.on tbe 21st of june i had an accident. i called king price on the 23rd of june 2013 i spoke to Sylvester call ref: UM-V4J3 who advised me that my policy is active and i am covered.he said i must call claims department on monday the 24th.i did so and ive spoken to Michelle who told me a different story saying even tho my policy is active but im not covered because it was scheduled for 1july.she said she will listen to recording and send them to me but she hasnt up to today.i sent her a follow up mail but she never responded.i called the centre again this morning i spoke to a lady by the name of Karabo.she said my case is stil open but there is no attachment of the recording.and they only have a contract dated july n not june.i asked her to email me that copy and i faxed the one that i have.i dd fax but i havent recieved any mail or any corresponence from king price.
