I have tried to cancel my policy since the 31st of July. I wanted my cancellation to take effect from the 26th of August (with this day covered). I have called king price call centre number several times, I'm always getting the same response that I will be called back but that phone call never comes. Somehow I always land up on the sales department and they somehow cannot transfer me to the retention department.
I have even requested assistance from my new insurer to get this cancellation done which is a disappointment because I'm now airing dirty laundry to a competitor.
This services from this retention department is so disappointing and tainting to the good work that your sales department is doing, I had such a wonderful service from Simona Govender when I was coming on board.
Please can you sort out this issue as soon as possible.
Please just check random 5 complaints on hellopeter you might realise that your retention department or cancellation process needs attention.
