I am extremely disgusted with the terrible excuse for service I have received from KIng Price Insurance. I have called since yesterday to cancel my insurance policy with NO LUCK. I am married COP, and took the insurance without my husband's input. My husband is very upset, and requested me to cancel the policy ASAP. every time I call the call centre I have to wait for 15 minutes or more, and every consultant I speak to promises to arrange for the policy to be cancelled, and to send a letter confirming it has been done, to me, but I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING. This is really unacceptable. PLEASE JUST CANCEL THE POLICY AND SEND ME CONFIRMATION ONCE DONE URGENTLY!!!
