Hello
I reported a claim on the 26 November 2013. I have called your Nedgroup Insurance call centre and they all sounded nice initially and promised to call me back with an update, but NO! None of them did. I've been told to hold the line for 10 minutes?? I need an update please. All I want is for my toilet to be fixed before Friday 20 December 2013 before I leave. Is that too much to ask?
