HOME INSURANCE CLAIM (CLAIM NO. C111310005250)

We have a home policy with NEDGROUP for our house bond. we have a hail on the 28th of November 2013 at around 15H30 at our home in Mamelodi. The storm has damaged our roof and ceilings and broke the windows. We have called Nedgroup and they have ask us to get a registered company to assess our damages and make a quote, we did that and fax the quotation, and when I call to follow -up on the claim I dont get a clear answer, as they dont tell the exact procedure of whats going to happen. I am frustrated as the roof is badly demaged and I feel the Nedgroup Has done wrong as this is emergency. i would like the speedy process of my claim as when it rains I have nowhere to go with my babies. thank u. And with the broken windows they have assigned the GLASSFIT company to come fix our windows and still they have not pithed and claims that they have a lot of houses to fix. The claim number is C111310005252. Thank you.
