After getting a quote on 24 April due to a cistern apparently being to small to flush from the height and our bidet's mixer which can't be replaced without possibly breaking the BIDET (not the toilet, so we opted to install a new toilet and completely remove the bidet), on 25 April 2013, Maartin arrived to install our toilet and remove the bidet as agreed. He said we should get any toilet so 1st toilet we bring home, he says he can't install so I suggest they go with my husband to buy another toilet but he says he can install any other toilet. Both the toilet and bidet which were installed previously, were imported from Italy and over R8K each and this was the reason we decided on the removal rather that repair, as we could then save them for the current owner to sell. He never put a cover on the stopped drain of the bidet which left my room smelling like a sewer but worse, he broke the toilet and when I confronted him, he had a really bad attitude about it too, said he warned me he would break it. He did such a poor installation, that he had to call several more guys to come help him, leaving a total of 7 or 8 people doing 1 installation which is about 10cm from the wall too, bad!
